Returns & Exchanges

We offer a 14-day return period for all unworn and unwashed items in their original packaging with tags attached. Please note that limited edition drops and archive sales are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Return Process

  Visit our returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original derschutze packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
